Emanuela Mindrila is a Research Associate and a PhD candidate within the MAMEMS Project. She is undertaking, under the supervision of Dr. Zachary Chitwood, the edition, translation, and commentary of a commemorative list of one Athonite Monastery as the topic of her dissertation. In 2021, she earned her Master’s Degree in Byzantine Studies from the Ludwig-Maximilian University of Munich (Germany) with a dissertation entitled “Kassia the Hymnographer – between Story and Truth”, after completing her BA in Modern and Romanian Philology at the University of Bucharest (Romania).
